Your responsibilities (include but not limited to): 

• You work closely with key stakeholders i.e smart Europe team, Mercedes-Benz UK, the smart network and relevant industry bodies to manage the roll-out of new and existing aftersales contracts. 

• You lead the development and implementation of key Aftersales programs such as bodyshop, extended warranty, service plans, etc. 

• You are responsible for the management of the battery end of life recycling plan for the UK market. 

• You take charge of evaluating financial goals and performance data to identify opportunities for improvements.  

• You coordinate and manage the integration of the smart Aftersales systems with the retailer’s own systems. 

• You coach and motivate the UK Aftersales teams in-order-to drive team performance, fostering efficiency, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 

What you bring along 

• You have 5+ years-experience in the area of Aftersales in the Automotive industry 

• You have 3+ years-experience a leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably with an international cross-cultural environment 

• You are highly knowledgeable with different Aftersales processes (Warranty, spare parts, technical service and market management) 

• You have an in depth automotive technical Know-How, preferably with electric vehicles 

• You have strong knowledge of and experience with big data and parts business applications  

• You are generally tech-savvy and have a positive work ethic in-order-to deliver results within a fast-paced working environment and tight deadlines 

• You have excellent English skills including writing routine reports and correspondence (any other European language is a plus)
