Your responsibilities (include but not limited to):

You work closely with key stakeholders i.e smart Europe team, Mercedes-Benz UK, the smart network and relevant industry bodies to manage the roll-out of new and existing aftersales contracts.

You lead the development and implementation of key Aftersales programs such as bodyshop, extended warranty, service plans, etc.

You are responsible for the management of the battery end of life recycling plan for the UK market.

You take charge of evaluating financial goals and performance data to identify opportunities for improvements.

You coordinate and manage the integration of the smart Aftersales systems with the retailer’s own systems.

You coach and motivate the UK Aftersales teams in-order-to drive team performance, fostering efficiency, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
What you bring along

You have 5+ years-experience in the area of Aftersales in the Automotive industry

You have 3+ years-experience a leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably with an international cross-cultural environment

You are highly knowledgeable with different Aftersales processes (Warranty, spare parts, technical service and market management)

You have an in depth automotive technical Know-How, preferably with electric vehicles

You have strong knowledge of and experience with big data and parts business applications

You are generally tech-savvy and have a positive work ethic in-order-to deliver results within a fast-paced working environment and tight deadlines

You have excellent English skills including writing routine reports and correspondence (any other European language is a plus)
