About the Job:

We’re looking for a Contract Hire, Leasing and Rental Manager based in the UK. This customer facing role will be responsible for managing key relationships with major Leasing Companies for our ‘all new electric vehicle range’. The successful candidate will work closely with our Agent Networks´ corporate teams and potential end user B2B customers, all while developing bespoke bulk opportunities as required.

Your responsibilities (include, not limited to):

• You'll manage relationships with dedicated major Lease Co’s to maximise end user opportunities.
• You'll work within specified sales channels, developing with Lease Co’s their volumes of smart products within their portfolio.
• You'll have accountability for the overall performance of each Lease Co in terms of Volume, RV & SMR.
• You'll lead discussions with our funding partner to maximise disposal of end of lease vehicles through the smart network.
• You'll work alongside the UK Fleet Sales Manager to develop a comprehensive remarketing strategy.
• You'll engage with all stakeholders to ensure high take up of remarketing platform vs disposal through broader auctions.

What you bring along:

• You are educated to degree level (preferably in a commercial or technical area) and/or high level of relevant experience.
• You bring extensive experience in the automotive industry in general, with strong experience of the Contract Hire & Leasing industry.
• You have a strong understanding of the ‘leasing market’ and ‘end of life remarketing’.
• You have experience of leading (or contributing to) Residual Value management within the Lease Companies.
• You possess the ability to engage with ‘Corporate Retailers’ and inspire confidence in this area.
• You bring excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• You proactively seek to engage with key stakeholders and find new opportunities to forge new relationships.
• You have proven abilities to deal with multiple stakeholders across a diverse and fast paced work environment.
