About the Job:

 

We’re looking for an agile and organized individual for the position of Administrative Assistant to the CEO Office. As one of the administrators in the CEO office, you’ll play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining the CEO's office, ensuring the availability of necessary office supplies, assisting with projects and contributing to the overall successful execution of CEO office initiatives.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

· You support the Executive Assistant of the CEO in facilitation smooth communication and collaboration between external partners, internal teams and the CEO Office.

· You manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating business travels efficiently.

· You process and manage administrative tasks i.e CEO's travel expense reimbursements or creating procurement requests.

· You organize and distribute emails to relevant stakeholders based on priorities.

· You oversee costumer reception and access control.

· You assist with telephone traffic and create official letters and documents as and when required.

· You monitor and coordinate facility management tasks.

 

 

What you bring along

 

· You bring a bachelor´s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

· You have a strong, and patient personality and can reflect confidence and assertiveness.

· You’re able to work well independently in an international/multicultural dynamic environment.

· You need to be solution-oriented, possess conflict resolution skills, and handle tough situations without hesitation.

· You possess strong networking skills and have an interest in the automobile industry (not mandatory).

· You have excellent administrative and organizational skills with an ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, and meet deadlines.

· You are proficient with the use of common Microsoft Office Applications (especially Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
