Task Description:
- Technical Documentation & Retailer Database Maintenance
- Maintain and regularly update the national retailer network database to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Review, correct, and translate technical documentation to support internal teams and retailer personnel.
- Enrich technical documentation with valuable insights gathered from real-life field cases to enhance its relevance and applicability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation aligns with the latest product updates and service standards.
- Retailer Network Support
- Provide first-level warranty support to the dealership and workshop network.
- Act as a communication bridge between workshops and Level 1 technical assistance to ensure effective resolution of technical issues.
- Support internal coordination processes to streamline aftersales service delivery across the workshop network.
- Training & IT License Coordination
- Manage and monitor after-sales IT licenses for the retailer network to ensure continuous system access and compliance.
- Support the rollout of new tools and processes across the network through continuous training and onboarding.
- Assist in delivering technical training on new technologies and vehicle models in collaboration with the national training team.

Qualification:
Education
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration Management or comparable degree
Professional Experience
- Experience in Aftersales within an automotive brand for more than 3 years.
- Operational experience in Aftersales for at least 3 years.
- Preferably, experience in an international and diverse cross-cultural environment, ideally within the automotive sector (+2 years).
- Technical experience working in a workshop environment is a plus.
Knowledge / Functional Expertise
- Good knowledge of processes in the main Aftersales areas (Warranty, Spare parts, Technical service, and Market management).
- Automotive technical know-how, preferably with electric vehicles.
- Experience and understanding of DMS system solutions.
