Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the further development of the Aftersales organization as well as of national connectivity and eMobility services in smart Germany
  • You secure the need planning and steering of the Aftersales Business within the defined contractual landscape between Mercedes-Benz AG, smart Europe GmbH, Mercedes-Benz Germany and smart Germany
  • You further develop the Aftersales & Connectivity team, which includes hiring, managing and developing your team members
  • You act as an interdisciplinary contact person for colleagues from smart Europe for Roadside Assistance and Customer Assistance steering
  • You adapt the existing Aftersales processes to the requirements of the new business model with all corresponding stakeholders environment and provide clear guidance in the implementation of aftersales standards
  • You are responsible to ensure the extension and operational set up of Connectivity and eMobility service in Germany
  • You maintain the business and contractual relationship with local Charging Point Operators under the umbrella of smart Europe strategy
  • You promote the overall strategy and cooperation for Wallbox and public charging service, and check customer experience and relevant KPIs
  • You ensure local agents fully understood our in-car connectivity functionalities, and give customer feedback to smart Europe as sounding board

 

What you bring along

  • You have an university degree in Engineering / Business Administration Management or comparable
  • You have 5 years or above distinctive operative experience in the area of Aftersales gained in the automotive sector
  • You gained first leadership experience (beneficial)
  • You have broad knowledge of processes in different Aftersales areas, such as Warranty, Spare parts, Technical service and Market management
  • You have around 2 years experience in the area of in-car Connectivity and digital service, and familiar with the new functionalities and customer experience trend
  • You have knowledges in eMobility such as major public charging network operators, general pricing, Wallbox features and power
  • You have demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including management 
  • You are fluent in English and German
