Task description:
Sales Coordination
- Build and manage weekly and monthly sales dashboards and KPI reports
- Support the implementation of national commercial operations and sales challenges
- Create training materials and documentation for smart Agents
- Participate in the onboarding of new Agents and new team members
Customer Service Monitoring
- Act as point of contact between the network, smart France, smart Europe, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, provide operational support on cases and identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in recruitment of new Customer Service Agents that meet brand standards.
Key Account Manager Support & Business Development
- Assist the Key Account Manager France in prospecting, customer meetings, and contract follow-up
- Help manage our B2B portfolio (Key Accounts, leasing companies, third-party partners)
- Prepare commercial offers, one-pagers, and support tender submissions
- Contribute to fleet events and test drives to develop smart's B2B image
Area Manager Support
- Assist Sales Area Managers during local dealership visits across France
- Analyze Agent performance and help define local action plans
- Ensure alignment of field activity with national business strategy
- Help gather feedback from the field and structure reporting to management
Qualifications:
Education
- Master’s degree student (business, marketing, or related field)
- Fluent in French and English (C1); any additional language is a plus
Professional Experience
- First experience in sales, customer relations or the automotive industry appreciated
Key Competencies / Soft Skills
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in automotive and B2B environments
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Salesforce and JIRA, SAP would be a plus
