Your responsibilities:

 

 

  • Understanding business goals and consulting decision-makers based on data and insights
  • Strategically steering the Data Analyst practice area within the Data Team
  • Building data models with e.g. SQL or Python
  • Closly collaborating with the data platform and other Data Analysts within the organization
  • Create hypothesis on how to increase business KPIs and derive data collection requirements
  • Proposing and executing optimization possibilities for the customer journey and business performance
  • Analyze, validate and visualize data to reveal value-adding insights
  • Building reports in different vizualisation tools as eg. PowerBI
  • Delivering adhoc analyzis
  • Being part of an agile crossfunctional team, working closely with Sales, E-Commerce, UI/UX, Online Marketing, Finance, IT development, etc. 
  • KPI governance
  • Further development, adjustment of existing KPIs
  • Feasability, plausibility check for new KPIs

 

 

 

 

What you bring along

 

 

  • 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst focused on business intelligence in the fields of Sales,
    E-Commerce, Digital Marketing.
  • 5+ years of hands-on data experience, with demonstrated increase of responsibilities over time
  • Operational experience as Senior Data Analyst
  • A solid understanding of state of the art data and digital analytics tools and processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of data & analytics toolchain such as Adobe analytics, Google Analytics
  • Competency in understanding business goals and converting them into data collection requirements
  • Set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations effectively
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English, fluent in German or Mandarin or other European language is a plus
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administartion / Computer Science / Economics or engineering
