About the Job:
As a HR Business Partner reporting to our Head of People, you'll play a pivotal generalist role in shaping the growth and development of our organization. Fostering strong business relationships with our leaders, you'll be the operational force that aligns HR initiatives with our business objectives, driving us closer to our people goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- You collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR guidance that contributes to achieving business goals
- You’ll support the design and implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
- You’ll identify opportunities for organizational improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity
- You’ll own monthly FTE reports / FTE Planning
- You’ll stay updated on labour laws and regulations in Germany, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and up to date
- You’ll assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and internal equity
- You’ll support continuous improvement of HR processes & involvement in HR projects
What you bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar role
- Experience in ‘Employee Relations’, ‘Conflict Resolution’ and ‘Performance Management’ is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of German Labor Laws, Regulations and Employment Practices
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal)
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
