Your Tasks:

• Supporting the Aftersales Market Managers to assess feedbacks from European markets and address issues towards the responsible Product-/Business-Owner for action.
• Supporting the Launch Management Team to introduce new aftersales systems and vehicle models in the European markets
• Preparation and organization of regular meetings and communications, supporting the communication model with the European markets, including the creation of PPT presentations.
• Analysis of aftersales data to assess market performance and potential improvement measures
• Supporting the maintenance of the Aftersales Information Platform, by identifying relevant topics and ensuring a seamless flow of communication, including preparation of internal newsletters
• Supporting the development of solutions in a dynamic environment between different cultures and mindsets as well as applying best practices coming from own experience and market competitors

Qualifications:

Education

• You are currently enrolled in Bachelor/Master course in Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics or similar.

Knowledge / Functional Expertise

• You are profficient in MS Office suite and have basic PC / Mac operational knowledge
• You are fluent in English, beneficial to have additional an European language(s)

• You are a team worker, fast-learner, you are able to work independently and have passion for the Automotive industry.
