About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to join our Automation & Workflows (IT) team. In this role, you will support business requirement gathering, user story creation, and testing activities within an Agile/Scrum framework. You’ll play a key role in identifying automation opportunities and improving operational efficiency across business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
• Support testing of developed components and log defects for resolution
• Analyze business processes to identify pain points and automation opportunities
• Assist in coordinating with market representatives and cross-functional teams
• Handle ad-hoc tasks to support urgent or out-of-line situations
• Continuously learn and apply new tools, methodologies, and best practices

What You Bring:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Retool and full stack development is a plus
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is an advantage
• Quick learner with a team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused mindset
• Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently
• Available to start in August and open to relocating for the internship
