Task Description:

 

Social Media & Editorial Support 

 

  • Assist in editorial planning, coordinating briefings, creative meetings, and content approvals. 

  • Create content for hygiene and always-on formats in line with brand tone and visual identity. 

  • Research and propose ideas for new channels, formats, or editorial trends. 

  • Support community and creator management, helping to build authentic connections with audiences. 

  • Contribute to the maintenance of social media platforms, ensuring timely updates and consistency. 

 

Event Marketing Support 

 

  • Help plan and deliver automotive events, trade shows, and product launch activations. 

  • Provide on-site event support throughout Europe, assisting with logistics, branding, and guest experience. 

  • Coordinate car handling, guest lists, and VIP programming. 

  • Support internal event organization, from logistics and venue setup to content planning. 

 

General Marketing Support 

 

  • Assist with presentation decks, meeting prep, and internal coordination. 

  • Manage administrative tasks such as purchase order tracking and filing. 

  • Contribute to file and asset management to ensure accessible and well-structured documentation. 

  • Support the broader Marketing Communication and Brand + Product Marketing team in day-to-day operations.

 

Qualification:

 

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

  • You have a genuine interest in marketing trends and passion for the automotive industry. 

  • You bring creativity and a proactive attitude, with a desire to learn and contribute meaningfully. 

  • You have excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail. 

  • You’re comfortable working with creative tools, presentation formats, and social media platforms. 

  • You communicate fluently in English and German (required); additional European languages are a plus. 

  • You are willing and able to travel across Europe for events (occasionally including weekends). 

  • You enjoy working collaboratively, thrive in a dynamic environment, and bring energy to every task—big or small. 

  • You are based or willing to move close to our Office in Leinfelden-Echterdingen.
