As CEO Office Intern you will support the CEO of smart Europe and the Executive Assistant in their daily work and tasks and get to know the automotive industry through the lens of the joint venture between Mercedes-Benz and Geely from a top management perspective. The internship will not only provide insights into topics related to executive management, but also strategy development, corporate structuring, organization and marketing & events.

Your responsibilities
- You support in the central management and coordination of corporate projects within the European sales company smart Europe GmbH.
- You support of the CEO assistants as cross-company interface and coordination between the management of "smart Europe GmbH" as well as to affiliated companies.
- You support in the preparation & execution of the relevant top management committees of "smart Europe GmbH."
- You support in the preparation of content for corporate projects as well as management of decision papers and meeting minutes for committees and regulatory meetings.
- You support in CEO Office topics such as cooperation management, business model & general cross-functional topics.
- You contribute to the communication and content preparation of presentations, speeches/interviews, decision papers and relevant briefing documents for the top management.
- Central responsibility and organization of various interdepartmental company departments such as company car management, facility management coordination, company events, etc.
What you bring along
- You are studying Business Administration, International Management, Media and Communication Sciences or a comparable course of studies in your late Bachelor degree or Master degree
- You are available for the period of minimum 6 months starting in August 2025
- You have preferably already completed an internship in the automotive industry and/or have already gained experience in executive management in the top management of a German or International company
- You are able to speak and write German and English fluently
- You are confident in handling MS-Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- You have strong analytical skills, are quick on the uptake and understand how the automotive industry and its business areas work
- You have a passion for strategy and shaping the automotive industry of the future, like to drive topics forward independently and want to constantly increase your impact
- You demonstrate a team-oriented and communicative working style, fostering collaboration and effective communication within the group
- You are an organizational talent ensures that tasks are efficiently managed, and projects progress smoothly
- You have great communicative skills which enable you to convey ideas and information effectively to others
