Your Responsibilities:

 

  1. Support B2B Fleet Sales Coordination:
    • Drive B2B sales initiatives with the Fleet Sales team by monitoring performance across Europe and handling administrative tasks like procurement and invoice management.
  2. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Gather and consolidate market data, analyze trends and competitor activities to support the sales team
  3. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate communication within the B2B Fleet Sales team and across departments, and organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  4. Sales Conference and Events:
    • Represent our B2B Fleet services at various events and support their successful execution.
  5. Used Cars:
    • Document and set up the Remarketing Process from Defleet to Sale in our 11 legal entity markets.

 

What you bring along:

 

  1. Educational Background:
    • Currently studying Business Administration, International Management, Business Engineering, Economics, or a similar field focused on B2B sales/marketing is a plus.
  2. Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
  3. Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  4. Industry Interest:
    • Keen interest in the automotive industry and electric mobility, particularly in Sales. B2B Fleet services is a plus.
  5. Personal Attributes:
    • Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented, quick learner, team player, communicative, and highly organized.
    • Valid driver's license required.
    • Willingness to assist in coordinating test drives, demonstrations, and vehicle logistics.
