Your Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Intern, you will support our Payroll and People Operations team with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects, including:

• Assisting in preparing monthly payroll data across multiple European countries
• Coordinating with local payroll providers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the verification of payroll inputs and reports for accuracy and compliance
• Helping maintain employee records and ensuring data consistency in HRIS
• Participating in payroll-related audits and process improvements
• Assisting in the administration of benefits, tax documentation, and statutory requirements

Your Profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• Interest in payroll, HR operations, and international labor regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data confidentially
• Comfortable working with Excel and HR systems (experience with SAP, Workday, or similar is a plus)
• Fluent in English; German and/or other European languages are an asset
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
