The intern will support the IT operations function by assisting with daily follow-ups, reporting, documentation, and coordination activities. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in IT operations and organizational processes.---

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare and maintain reports on IT operations, system performance, and support activities.
• Support the creation and updating of documentation (process flows, SOPs, user guides, incident logs).
• Coordinate with IT team members to track progress on ongoing projects and tasks like Asset List Optimization.
• Help monitor and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT operations team.
