About the Job:
The Omnichannel Customer Journey team is dedicated to optimizing the entire customer experience across both online and offline touchpoints. We focus on enhancing the website’s design and functionality, as well as ensuring a seamless and engaging omnichannel purchase journey.
Your Responsibilities:
- Together with the team, you support in collecting business requests for our online shop from various stakeholders and assist in translating these requests into clear requirements for the product backlog.
- Support in the rollout of new features, ensuring smooth implementation alongside the team.
- Help prepare, execute, and improve user acceptance testing for upcoming feature launches, contributing to the delivery of high-quality results.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends based on specific requirements.
- Provide support to the eCommerce team with daily tasks, handle ad-hoc requests and processes (e.g. the execution of the disclaimer process throughout the company).
- Assist in the creation of presentations, decision papers, and management reports to support business decisions.
- Help develop and maintain documentation, as well as manage tools like SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence for team collaboration.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating regular meetings, workshops, and team events.
- Based on your interest/expertise, as well as project progress, we can define an individual topic for you to take the lead position to complete it on your own and be responsible for it.
What you bring along:
- You are studying Business Administration, International Management, Business Information Systems or a related field
- You are interested in the automotive industry, especially in the eCommerce business
- Ideally, you have knowledge about automotive / eCommerce / Customer Experience or have already gained some working experiences, preferably in those fields
- You are organized, reliable, creative and have an independent and precise way of working
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as customer orientation
- You have a quick comprehension and a team-oriented and communicative working style
- You have analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
- You love working in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus
- You are fluent in English, other European languages or Chinese are a plus
