About the Job:

 

You support the aftersales Service Operations team by being in continuous contact with a multitude of topics and stakeholders. This will lead you to work with automotive and EV technical topics from content, data and reporting and process implementation perspectives. You contributions will benefit the aftersales of the future within the European sales company smart Europe GmbH

 

Your Responsibilities: 

 

  • You actively support the achievement of project goals and milestones and keep an eye on the work results of the other team members and actively give feedback
  • You provide support to the existing teams in service operations : Technical Support, Vehicle Preparation Centre and Quality, according to needs.
  • You support the development and documentation of various processes within aftersales or with stakeholders.
  • You get your hands into the management of periodic data reports supporting the team to make strategic decisions
  • You organize and participate in stakeholder meetings and prepare the necessary presentation documents
  • You will complete various ad-hoc tasks to support the out-of-line or in urgent situations

 

What you offer:

 

  • You are studying Automotive, Mechanical or Electronical Engineering, or a comparable course of study in the advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree programme
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in automotive environments
  • Ideally, You have gained extracurricular experiences
  • You are well-versed in the use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You are interested in the automotive industry, especially in the technical aspects
  • You have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • You want to get involved in different areas and constantly learn new skills
  • Very good spoken and written knowledge of the English language
  • Any other European language skills will be considered as a plus
  • You have a quick comprehension and a team-oriented and communicative working style
  • You are organized, reliable, creative and have an independent and precise way of working
