Responsibilities    

 

  • Generate reports for tracking training courses attendance and qualification level for each market
  • Consolidate training data from several resources and present a meaningful outcome to discuss development of the retail network
  • Track training participant evaluations and indicate the need for training readiness enhancement and provide feedback to the training supplier
  • Support sales agent certification program with keeping participant progress
  • Support high voltage certification program with keeping participant progress
  • Generate a purchase order report for the department to support training team with budget plan
  • Support coordination of training facility and vehicle logistics for F2F trainings
  • Coordinate training material translation and apply version management of the released materials
  • Support Learning Management System function development together with stakeholders
  • Create training KPIs and performance dashboard. Share it with training stakeholders for further development

 

 

 

What you bring along

 

  • Ongoing university study in engineering, mathematics, business or comparable degree
  • Basic understanding of automotive retail business
  • Fundamental understanding for face to face and eLearning training formats
  • Basic automotive technical Know-How, preferably with electrical vehicles
  • Self-driven and out-of-the-box working way
  • Excellent organization skills (ability to manage multiple tasks) as well as social organizational skills, with strong intercultural competence
  • Strong commitment and positive work ethic in order to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
  • Very good English skills, ideally also fluent in a Non-German European language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing routine reports and correspondence
