Internship Retail Network & Sales

We at the smart Europe Retail Network team...

...deal with exciting topics such as the development and implementation of the retail network strategies as well as the retail network planning and development for the different European markets, which we manage centrally for smart at smart Europe. We also design and optimize retail formats and implement and monitor the rollout and maintenance of distribution models (e.g. Agency Model). Moreover, we ensure that the standards are met and the audits are done on a regular basis.

Your responsibilities

•  You support and coordinate different topics of the daily business of the Retail Network department within smart Europe, such as the creation of presentations, analysis and preparation of workshops and board meetings.

• You contribute to joint projects of Retail Network and other central Sales Departments (e.g. Certified Pre-Owned Program)
• You support in tracking of Retail Network  KPIs and  the Audit Performance of the Sales-Standards and assist in steering providers for Audit and Retail Formats
• You undertake market researches for various Network related topics
• You support, improve and maintain the European retail network database

What you bring along

• You are studying in the field of business administration, business engineering, economics, corporate law or a comparable field.  Focus on sales/marketing is a bonus.
• You are confident in handling MS-Office; Experience with business analytics tools, e.g. Power BI, is a plus.
• You are passionate for automotive topics
• You have the following personal skills and working approach: quick perception, analytical mindset, team-oriented and able to work independently
• You are fluent in English; German or any other European language is a plus
• International professional experience is a plus
