Your responsibilities

 

 

  • Work closely with the Sales team, Project Management, IT and other stakeholders to gain a holistic understanding of organizational needs and potential
  • Lead comprehensive assessments of existing sales processes to identify cross-functional opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Connect the dots to align strategy with execution while generating measurable value and reducing gaps in processes and performance to optimize end-to-end sales processes
  • Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating communication and understanding between different functional units and technical teams
  • Act as a sales department representative and strategic advisor during cross-functional leadership meetings, providing insights and recommendations for achieving business objectives
  • Evaluate and recommend technical, process or other solutions to improve the overall performance of sales department
  • Proven ability to identify and exploit synergies with other business units to enhance overall organizational performance.
  • Experience in creating capability maps to provide a clear visual representation of the organization's strengths and areas for development.

 

 

 

 

What you bring along

 

 

  • Master’s degree or above in business (informatics), economics or a comparable degree e.g. innovation and technology management
  • At least 3 years or above experience in automotive or retail industry or consultancy, preferred in a business architecture or process optimization role
  • Experience in strategic initiative management from conception to delivery with a focus on customer experience and/or process improvement
  • Promote clarity and communicate vision of the wider objectives behind the initiative
  • Ability to understand and align both business and IT capacity and objectives
  • Be an advocate for customer end-to-end experience improvements
  • Demonstrated expertise in analysing operational and business models to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Fluent in English. Other European language is a plus as well as (professional or intercultural) experiences with Asia / (e.g. China)
