Your responsibilities

 

As Manager Customer Quality you will play an important role in building and shaping our new European quality team for smart. This will include:

  • Modelling business processes such as complaint management, field performance data analysis, failure assessment and their elimination. Therefore, joining forces with colleagues in Europe and China. Agreeing the process designs, communicating and supporting their implementation across the organization. Producing new ideas and improvements.
  • Identifying, analysing and resolving field issues in co-operation with our internal and external engineering partners.
  • Leading cross-functional and multi-site problem-solving teams, while ensuring speed and sustainability through a structured, lean and agile problem solving approach.
  • Developing actionable field quality metrics and employing them to monitor and identify performance, problems and trends, and management reporting.
  • Building an understanding of the new smart#1 model and technology, its features, reliability and quality performance.

  • High proficiency in English. Mandarin, German, other languages are welcome.
