Your responsibilities

  • You define & create smart agent contracts based on the applicable smart business model in the respective market

  • You support meetings and negotiations with the dealer associations

  • You align on individual market requirements with Network Managers in the markets

  • You support markets in setting up and steering a profitable agent sales network in their market

  • You align closely with MBAG counterparts for the definition and steering of the smart Aftersales network

  • You support smart genuine agent markets in the risk protection assessment

  •  You are responsible for the steering of the European wide roll-out of the newly developed smart retail format in close alignment with the markets

  • You support markets and agencies with the showroom layout planning according to the smart Retail Style Guide for both, Shop-in-Shop integration, and smart standalone outlets

  • You coordinate the roll-out plan in alignment with the General Contractor taking care of production, transportation, and implementation at the retail

  • You track the implementation process and quality

  • You support the implementation of retail audit processes in the markets to ensure smart Agents adhere to smart standards

  • You support the implementation of the agent remuneration structure and processes in close alignment with Finance and the markets


What you bring along

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, economics, or a comparable degree

  • You have 5 years or above experience in automotive (luxury) industry, preferred in network development, sales or similar

  • You have experience in a joint venture context (beneficial)

  • You have experience in network strategy and planning

  • You are knowledgeable about dealer/agent operations including knowledge about direct sales approach

  • You have experience in negotiating and maintaining good relationship with investors/dealers/agents 

  • You have experience in contract and dealer/agent standard creation and remuneration system

  • You have experience in Global/European Market management

  • You have experience in project management

  • You have experience in leading and inspiring cross functional and international teams

  • You have excellent analytical, organizational, and numeric skills with a results-oriented personality

  • You are confident and an effective negotiator who is able to consistently reach positive outcomes while building positive internal and external relationships

  • You have business fluent written and oral communication skills in English, fluent in German or other European language is a plus
