Lead Automation initiatives and ensure KPI achievement
- Provide holistic Purpose, Target Definition for identified Use Cases with automation Need
- Select underlying System Solution with Technical Experts in Controlling & Risk Management
- Empower and Support subject Matter experts in Controlling, Risk Management and Internal Controls by understanding and supporting also on operational level whenever needed
- Efficient Stakeholder Management with external IT Implementation Partners and Top Management smart Europe
- Ensure Target Achievement in adherence to defined Ressources and Timeline
Controlling Customer Experience, Customer Engagement and Strategy/Business Development
- Dedicated Controller for smart Europe departments Customer Experience, Customer Engagement Solutions and Business Development.
- Ensure balanced and value added approach for the three Roles of Controlling & Risk Management as Business Partnering (Target achievement), Service Function (Reports) and Governance Role (guidelines).
- Become an integral Controlling Counterpart by understanding the business processes along the customer journey and identifying potentials in the company´s strategy and Business Development ideas.
- Define a (financial) KPI Set to support and measure the contribution to company targets.
- Provide Input within standard controlling procceses as Financial Planning, Monthly Closing and ensure submission jointly with Business Partners in time towards the Manager Financial Controlling & Methods
Business Cases and Project Controlling
- Define Best Practice approach for Business Cases at smart Europe by providing templates for underlying Process and Calculation Methods.
- Support Controlling colleagues as “Sparrings Partner” for financial evaluation and Management Recommendation.
What you bring along
- Degree in economics, business Informatics, industrial engineering or comparable
- Controlling expertise Financial Planning & Reporting, Effect Analysis, Business Partnering and Strategy
- Leadership experience in Controlling and respective Projects ideally in automotive and customer centric fields
- Controlling: substantial knowledge in Financial KPIs (Profit & Loss Statement) and Business Case Calculations (e. g. Discounted Cash Flow Method)
- IT Systems: Microsoft Office (expert level Excel mandatory, Power Point helpful); user knowledge in standard FC Systems as SAP and Business Intelligence Solutions (Jedox, Power BI) helpful
- Languages: advanced English and german skills written an verbal mandatory, other languages are a plus
- Cognitive: mathematics, mental arithmetic, abstraction skills
- Soft: rational behavior, resilience for stress (time pressure, sensitive discussions), fine sense to evaluate the relevance and impact of issues, used to define solutions based on uncertainties, capability and motivation to learn new (complex) issues in a short timeframe and adapt fast to changes, strong self confidence to represent the controlling statements towards stakeholders
