Task Description:
Product Costing smart Europe
- Gain deep understanding of E2E Business Processes, Products and Business Model of smart Europe
- Provide input towards accounting to ensure standard costing
- Perform monthly plan/actual comparison and journalize to business responsibles for target adherence
- Support Purchase Requests verification for variable costs and ensure structured briefings towards FC Management
Controlling Customer Services
- Become dedicated counterpart for customer services and the respective teams by close and open minded collaboration enabling Target Achievement
- Ensure monthly closing P&L submission and respective forecast quality
Cash Flow and Inventory Controlling
- Support Financial Controller in daily business and monthly closing / planning activities
- Ensure further simplification and standardization of reporting logic in adherence to clear FC Methods and Management Journalization
- Become Deputy for long-term Cash Flow activities and inventory controlling
Coordination Financial Planning
- Take over lead in timeline and premise coordination
- Ensure efficient communication of Roles, Deliverables within Controlling & Risk Management focusing on dependencies
- Support Management Summary creation
Qualification:
Education
Degree in economics or comparable
Professional Experience
Controlling expertise in Financial Planning and Reporting, Effect Analysis, preferred in automotive industry
Knowledge / Functional Expertise
Controlling: substantial knowledge in Financial KPIs for P&L, Balance Sheet (Inventory) and Cash Flow
Industry: Knowledge of automotive and BEV markets / Products / Aftersales Environment is a plus
IT Systems: Expert level MS Excel and Power Point mandatory; advanced knowledge in SAP CO (esp. CO-PC) very helpful; user knowledge in Business Intelligence Solutions (Jedox, Power BI) helpful
Languages: advanced German and English skills written and verbal mandatory
