About the Job   

 

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner (Aftersales) who will take the lead on driving the strategic alignment, efficient execution, and successful delivery of Aftersales and IT/Digital projects by leveraging strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills and ensure projects are aligned with business goals and consistently meet or exceed expectations. 

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Your main objective will be to maximise value creation for both our customers and the company by efficiently managing product life cycles and ensuring an exceptional post-purchase experience. 

  • Define and communicate a clear vision for the aftersales product portfolio, aligning with the company’s overall business strategy and customer needs. 

  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring that all projects are aligned with strategic goals and deliver maximum value.  

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, customer service, and marketing to develop and enhance aftersales services. 

  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to make informed decisions about product features and priorities. 

  • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria to guide the development teams. 

  • Monitor product performance and key metrics post-launch to ensure outcomes meet customer satisfaction and business objectives.  

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on product performance, technology advancements, and customer feedback. 

  • Facilitate planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. 

 

 

What you bring: 

 

  • You bring a bachelors or master’s degree in a relevant field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. 

  • You must bring 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Automotive Aftersales or a related industry. 

  • You have advanced knowledge in the area of automotive aftersales / similar areas. 

  • You bring strong knowledge of product management techniques, agile methodologies, and project management. 

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders to identify challenges and find solutions. 

  • You must bring adaptability and flexibility in a changing IT landscape. 

  • You must be a strategic Thinker: Ensuring the alignment of projects with long-term goals.
