About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager who will take the lead on driving the strategic alignment, efficient execution, and successful delivery of IT projects by leveraging strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills and ensure projects are aligned with business goals and consistently meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

· You will work in close collaboration with the Development Lead, Delivery Lead and Release Managers to ensure effecting continuity of relevant IT projects i.e timely capacity requests, capacity questions or scope shifts, effective follow ups and alignment on release dates for the stream

· You will lead the scope selection and project prioritisation i.e maintain and track the stream timeline and deliverables, owning the status of IT Business Requirements

· You will work in close collaboration with PMO counterparts for overall timeline and business testing.

· You will be the point of contact/ point of information for IT, smart PMO counterparts and senior leadership, taking the lead on all communication channels related to your IT Project Portfolio.

What you Bring:

· You bring a bachelor´s or master’s degree in a relevant field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

· You bring a solid understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and trends to effectively communicate with technical teams and assess project feasibility.

· You bring 5+ years professional experience managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning projects with business goals.

· You bring a track record in overseeing and managing a portfolio of IT Projects.

· You bring a strong background and knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.

· You bring excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are needed to interact with stakeholders, manage expectations, and facilitate collaboration.
