Your responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of European live brand experiences, aligned with brandand marketing objectives.
- Plan and deliver flagship automotive events such as product launches, test drives, trade fairs,and influencer activations.
- Own budget planning and cost control for all event activities, ensuring efficient resourceallocation.
- Manage and steer external partners, agencies, and suppliers, from briefing to on-site execution.
- Develop creative, immersive, and brand-aligned event concepts for both B2B and B2Caudiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Digital, Product Marketing, and other internalstakeholders to ensure cohesive communication.
- Oversee event timelines, guest logistics, operational planning, and on-site delivery to ensureflawless execution.
- Track and report event KPIs, gathering learnings to continuously improve impact andperformance.
- Research industry trends and competitor activations to continuously innovate live brandexperiences.
- Ensure strong digital integration of event activities to extend brand reach and engagement
What you bring along
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or acomparable field.
- 5+ years of experience in international event marketing, preferably within automotiveenvironments and European markets.
- Proven track record in live communication for automotive brands.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments (e.g., start-up, joint venture) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of contemporary event formats for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale event planning, including budget control andvendor/agency management.
- Ability to blend physical and digital touchpoints to create impactful branded experiences.
- Strong experience collaborating with KOLs, influencers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of organization, detail orientation, and composure under pressure.
