Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of overall product management for vehicle accessories
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio for the European markets, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop pricing strategies, set price positioning, and evaluate business cases for new products or updates
- Support the IT rollout of new eCommerce products, ensuring smooth integration and product readiness
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to represent and align accessory product management priorities
- Define product requirements and strategies for the European market in collaboration with headquarters
- Drive business development activities to expand the product offering and improve aftermarket solutions
- Strategic development and optimization of key operational processes including logistics, inventory management, and supply chain planning
- Build and improve business relationship with external suppliers for products and services
- Monitor and steer business performance of external stakeholders and suppliers
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Management or comparable degree or equivalent work experience (min. 3 years)
- Strong operational experience in project management or product management for vehicles or accessories, preferably in automotive Aftersales (3+ years)
- Experience working in an international and culturally diverse environment, ideally within the automotive sector
(2+ years) - Broad knowledge of accessory product portfolios in automotive sector, respective sales channels and trends
- Familiarity with automotive market research, analysis, and benchmarking
- Knowledge of the tires and complete wheels business
- Proven ability to build, develop, and manage relationships with process and business partners
- Basic automotive technical know-how, preferably with electric vehicles
- Advanced MS-Office skills (e.g. Excel) and SAP knowledge, big data knowledge is beneficial
- Self-driven and structured working approach
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experienced on working with project management tools (MS project, Confluence, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to quickly understand processes and identify touchpoints with directly or indirectly involved stakeholders
- Positive work ethic and strong intercultural competence
- Very good English language skills; proficiency in another European language or Chinese is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing routine reports and correspondence
