About the role:

The Market Launch Senior Specialist is responsible for overseeing all the needed activities for all clusters/projects within Aftersales, ensures the overall department vision to develop an end-to-end overview of the preparation needed for market launch on the different markets across EU, on wave basis, and steers/develops actions to solve critical project issues. This role will be in an all-time and close collaboration and coordination between all Aftersales clusters, IT experts, external partners as well as the overall company PMO organization.

Your responsibilities: 

• Develop solutions in a very dynamic environment between different cultures and mindsets in the context of a Joint Venture
• Establish processes for Aftersales processes documentation and continuos update
• Develop and implement detailed processes for tracking of Aftersales market launch activities   Providers according to the legal requirements (Block Exemption Regulation) in alignment with Counterparts in smart EU and Mercedes-Benz AG.

• To bring Aftersales market launch into a success story, coordinate and facilitate workshops to enable teams to contribute to the overall Aftersales project
• To ensure agile methodologies as well as roles and responsibilities are well implemented throughout the project and market launch
• To support the ability of the management to take decisions accordingly to the overall vision
• To support the organisation in always putting the end-to-end customer expierence and client’s interests first
• Establish the project bridging with smart HQ organization to align dependencies and risks on a regular basis
• To proactively look for improvements within projects and potential new ideas
• To define and consolidate target milestones from business perspective across different Aftersales clusters.
• To coordinate and stream leading interfaces between business and IT and 3rd parties in order to asses and solve questions from business and IT within project/program

• To create and manage short and long-term goals throughout project and market launch
• To be responsible for planning, governance and overseeing the successful achievement of project milestones
• To enable easy and efficient ways and methodologies to actively track and analyse project activities
• To assure transparency over the whole project and be able to give management status overviews always
• To assess if escalation steps are needed to be taken
• To analyse the potential factors of performance results and provide constructive proposal of improvement
• To plan and facilitate meeting structures to coordinate different stakeholders
• To develop templates and tools to assure project efficiency (with a get things done attitude) and an efficient way to track project status
