Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys acrossthe full funnel to deliver relevant communication at the right moment.
  • Steer segmentation and audience management within the Adobe Experience Platform(AEP), creating journeys, deriving insights, and recommending optimizations.
  • Grow and scale the subscriber base while setting up journeys that support awareness,nurturing, and conversion to drive business value.
  • Set up nurturing journeys and collaborate with content teams to enable creative assets thatreflect customer behaviors and demand signals.
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate email and automation programs with other marketinginitiatives, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Paid Media, Content, LeadManagement, and markets.
  • Manage coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment,execution, and performance delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and make data-driven recommendationsfor optimization and impact.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and innovations in email and marketingautomation to drive continuous improvement.

 

What you bring along

  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation, ideally in a digitalor e-commerce environment with a strong operational track record.
  • Strong understanding of email platforms, workflows, segmentation, QA, and operationalsetup of emails and journeys.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign / AdobeJourney Optimizer (AEP), Marketo, Emarsys, or Pardot.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and basic HTML/CSS for email development is a plus.
  • A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision making. Creative thinking paired with business and marketing acumen to deliver impactful direct communication strategies.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Teams, and Mural, and comfortable working in international teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
