Your responsibilities

  • You develop a customer and market-oriented parts pricing-strategy together with the Joint Venture and Business Partners for electric vehicles in the European markets
  • You define KPIs for parts logistics, sales performance, and profit & loss as part of the After Sales business metrics
  • You realize pricing of accessory packages and merchandises during the online sales process for the European markets
  • You align the overall parts pricing-strategy at group level incl. dealer target model, bonus model and transfer price strategies
  • You steer and control the parts business in the European markets along the end-to-end supply chain across borders based on standard policies and procedures
  • You determine the parts business potential for each European market based on the planned vehicle sales, retention rates etc. in preparation of the overall group planning
  • You evaluate customer perceptions and define the corresponding parts price positioning under consideration of competitor models and marketing codes
  • You organize parts price data and data exchange among process partners across countries and organizations
  • You develop tools and methods to monitor market developments and trends
  • You interact with joint venture and business partners, with continuous challenging on existing processes, methods and implemented IT solutions
  • Report regularly on parts business development to management and business partners
  • You are the ambassador for digitalization of all sales channels for parts, accessories, and merchandises
  • You are able to take lead role for business specific projects on the parts business area
  • You are familiar with compliance and customs processes and regulations between Europe and Asia


What you bring along

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration, Business Management or comparable
  • You have distinctive operational experience in the area of product and price management, market and customer management or other big data areas, preferably in Aftersales (5+ years)
  • You have project lead or similar experience on implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning solution as a business owner preferably based on SAP
  • You have experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotive sector (2+ years)
  • You have broad knowledge of parts price research and analysis, pricing proceeses, systems, and data exchange
  • You have proven ability to build, develop and manage relations with process and business partners
  • You have basic automotive technical know-how, preferably with electrical vehicles
  • You bring big data knowledge, orientation to process automation, advanced MS-Office skills (e.g. Excel, Project), collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira) and understanding/ handling for application in the area of responsibility
  • You are self-driven with excellent organizational skills (ability to manage multiple tasks) as well as social organizational skills, with strong intercultural competence
  • You have strong commitment and positive work ethic in order to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
  • You are fluent in English, ideally also fluent in a Second European language or Chinese
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing routine reports and correspondence
