In your role as a Senior Specialist Retail Network, you will support the Network Team in establishing and steering an optimized and profitable smart sales and after sales network in all European markets.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • You steer the European-wide rollout of the smart retail format in new CI/CD (Corporate Identity/Corporate Design) at all smart PoS (Point of Sales) in close alignment with smart Legal Entities as well as in collaboration with the general contractor and further suppliers.
  • You are responsible for the organizational preparation of meetings with the executive board and dealer associations.
  • By defining and tracking target-relevant KPIs in close alignment with the Network Managers in the respective markets, you provide operational support for market-relevant key figures.
  • Definition and further development of Sales Standards
  • Coordination of Standard Audits and Mystery Shopping and respective suppliers  
  • Development of measures and processes to ensure Sales Standards fulfilment and a high Retail Network quality together with the markets.
  • You take over the responsibility for the European Retail Network agent data system including operational tasks and aligning & defining system requirements.
  • You will also contribute to the evolution of a sustainable network strategy by assisting with the assessment and evaluation of potential and existing markets.

 

What you bring along

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, economics, business informatics, or a comparable degree.
  • Retail is your home turf: Experience in the automotive industry, preferred in network development or sales (or similar area), or management consulting would be beneficial.
  • You bring a good understanding of dealer/agent operations incl. knowledge about the direct sales approach.
  • A solid understanding of communicating and maintaining a good relationship with investors/dealers/agents as well as experience in contract and dealer/agent standard creation and remuneration systems would be beneficial.
  • You have a highly analytical mindset with superb problem-solving skills combined with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • You have a passion for continuous improvement and motivation to learn new complex issues in a short timeframe and adapt fast to changes.
  • Business fluent written and oral communication skills in English, fluent in German or other European language is a plus.
