Your responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies across all European markets, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content optimization
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, SEO audits, and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report organic performance, visibility, rankings, and traffic while providing strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content, web, and product teams to ensure implementation of SEO best practices across platforms and internal tech teams and external partners for stable operations
  • Analyze marketing and campaign performance across channels including SEO, paid media, CRM, and social.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure KPIs and support decision-making across the funnel.
  • Translate data into actionable insights supporting attribution, conversion optimization, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Support the development and evolution of smart Europe’s MarTech stack, including tracking, automation, and data platforms
  • Evaluate and test new tools, technologies, and integrations to enhance efficiency, measurement, and personalization.
  • Drive AI use cases in marketing and support innovation areas such as media modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Act as a key stakeholder with external agencies and EU markets to align execution, insights, and strategy.


What you bring along:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, analytics, or MarTech, ideally in automotive, mobility, agency, or e-commerce industries.
  • Proven track record across SEO, performance reporting, marketing analytics, and MarTech platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics and performance tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with tracking, tagging, integrations, and marketing technology workflows.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, metadata, and web best practices is a plus.
  • Experience working with agencies and supporting multiple European markets.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, attribution modeling, or conversion rate optimization is a plus.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm toward AI-driven marketing innovation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in international environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player mentality with a proactive, detail-oriented, and impact-driven approach.
