Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for editorial planning & execution for all smart social media channels in EU: To plan & execute and tracking on social channels, to achieve the KPIs that is set in the strategy

  • You align with overall business priorities and objectives as well as the overall marketing & communications campaigns throughout the year

  • You strive for creative and out-of-box social approach with resources including platform cooperation, brand cooperation or social influencers cooperation etc to create viral effects

  • You collaborate with the social manager/ content manager to ensure content is informative and appealing in each market in Europe, with high engagement rate and results in the KPIs,

  • You utilize social media tools to operate and manage social media posts

  • You track the status of social media performance and conduct analytics on social listening on regular basis, and alert with crisis management procedure

  • You support social media manager of developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence

  • You define most important social media KPIs across social media platforms and markets, which increase brand popularity while increase the CTR to website/eCommerce platform

  • You work closely with other functions within Marketing and Customer Experience team, as well as PR and Customer Engagement Center on social media topics with integrated collaboration


What you bring along

  • You have a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related degree

  • You have more than 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role

  • You have excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and other social media best practices

  • You have a good understanding of social media KPIs, business objectives and performance driven communication

  • You have a solid ability with social content creation and posting practice experience

  • You are familiar with social tools with social management and listening tool

  • You have a strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail accuracy

  • You have creative thinking that utilize the social platform to maximize performance

  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills in international team

  • You have excellent multitasking skills

  • You are a critical thinker and a problem-solver

  • You are a team player who is passionate and enthusiastic for making a difference
