About the role:
The Aftersales Training Coordinator Specialist has a concrete understanding of dealer network organization and provides smart dealers with training and qualification that ensure frictionless service provision to our customers. The responsibilities of this role also include interface with smart HQ organization and training provider on Aftersales training requirements, training system, training concept and content development as well as training execution.
Your responsbilites:
Ramp Up Activity
- Develop solutions in a very dynamic environment between different cultures and mind-sets.
- Provide support for development of training tools and services
- Apply best practices coming from own experience and market competitors.
- Support the development of an appropriate training platform.
Concept Development & Implementation
- Be the interface between Training Provider and all relevant stakeholders for conducting training activities
- Coordinate training facility and vehicle logistics and set dates for F2F trainings and locations
- Track and report on training and market qualification outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement
- Communicate with training services provider for the new training content and track development status vs project plan
- Coordinate supplier purchase orders and local market supplier "Service Level Agreements" with related departments for the ongoing training projects
- Ensure training platform is working with other Aftersales systems within Aftersales retail network
- Ensure aftersales training content in the training platform is accessible to users with certain job profiles and face to face trainings can be booked without any issues
- Generate reports for tracking training courses attendance and qualification level for each market
- Create training KPIs and performance dashboard. Share it with aftersales training stakeholders for further development
- Track evaluations of market participants for market trainers and provide feedback to training supplier
- Ensure each member of smart Aftersales internal organization has required certifications for working with HV systems
- Track demand for aftersales face to face training courses and organize trainings with training services supplier accordingly .
What you bring along:
- University degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or comparable degree
- Distinctive operative experience in the area of market management and steering or other areas like training centers (3+ years)
- Preferably, experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotive sector (+2 years)
- Basic knowledge of workshop processes, systems and contractual landscape at dealer level
- Fundamental experience with Aftersales training organization for face to face and eLearning formats
- Basic automotive technical Know-How, preferably with electrical vehicles
- Self-driven and out-of-the-box working way
- Excellent organization skills (ability to manage multiple tasks) as well as social organizational skills, with strong intercultural competence
- Strong commitment and positive work ethic in order to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Very good English skills, ideally also fluent in a Non-German European language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing routine reports and correspondence
