Your responsibilities

  • You develop solutions in a very dynamic environment between different cultures and mindsets in the context of a Joint Venture
  • You define and implement repair, remanufacturing, and recycling processes in close cooperation with the mother company counterpart
  • You define and implement logistics processes on a European level in cooperation with logistic specialists of the mother company
  • You generate reporting regarding technical issues and lifecycle costs
  • You will be a key contributor for field quality issues analysis based on warranty data analysis and technical cases
  • You will develop and implement dealer standards to work on battery electric vehicles, based on standards of the mother company
  • You develop and implement HV Battery predictive maintenance processes
  • You monitor warranty costs and align on new repair methods to lower repair costs
  • You communicate with R&D to signal technical issues and feedback on quality topics
  • You monitor efficiency of internal processes with a lean mindset, as well as develop and implement the necessary improvement measures
  • You generate overviews for dealers and markets about all relevant processes
  • You follow up on EU legislations regarding HV Automotive batteries and suggest changes


What you bring along

  • You have a university degree in Engineering
  • You have 3+ years of experience in high voltage regulations and processes
  • You have 5+ years of experience built from a retailer with afterwards transition to importer, not necessarily with in Automotive companies
  • You preferably have 2+ experience with implementation of processes within the Aftersales environment
  • You have automotive technical expertise, preferably with electrical vehicles.
  • You have the knowledge and understanding of customer dedication  

You have big data knowledge with warranty application

  • You have an understanding and use cases of battery data
  • You are self-driven and an out-of-the-box thinker
  • You have excellent organization skills
  • You have a strong commitment and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing routine reports and correspondence
  • You have very good English skills, any other Non-German European language is a plus
