About the role:

 

The Sales Operations Specialist will have the responsibility to secure the operational planning in close cooperation with the sales and logistic team. Within the country will support the local sales team with several organisational and reporting tasks in order to secure optimal operations. Creation, consolidation and evaluation of different reports and markets trends will be a key task in order to recommend an optimal planning.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

Organizational Management – Operational Planning

  • Initiate and consolidate Operational Planning (PO) Process within market according the European guidelines
  • Coordination Sales Operational Planning including wholesale & retail together with the local sales and logistics team and smart Europe GmbH
  • Preparation of sales documentation in order to enable sales team to execute OP with agents
  • Responsibility for rolling 12-months planning, ensuring OP target achievement and sufficient production quota with stock levels according to targets

 

Business Operations

  • Track Order Backlog and investigate in case of increasing confirmation times
  • Coordinate send out of different dealer/agent communication, documentation, training material etc.
  • Manual clearance of identified checks against sanction lists
  • Second Level support for manually confirmed orders  (First level: CEC support), clearing Trouble shooting cases, support for order related questions/cancellations/errors
  • Support Super Area Manager and Fleet Manager on several administrative, planning and operational tasks

 

Management Reporting

  • Ensure implementation of EU standard reporting
  • Collect market trends,automotive market database, consumer demands, NPS 
  • Create market-based forecasting and individual reporting to support sales team
  • Track market individual customer related KPIs

 

 

What you bring along:

 

Education

  • Industrial/office clerk or similar
  • Bachelor degree or above in business, marketing, economics or a comparable degree

 

Professional Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience preferred in Planning, Logistics, Sales, Market Management (or similar -area)
  • Experience in automotive industry would be beneficial
     

Knowledge / Functional Expertise

  • Familiar with Supply Chain Management process within Europe
  • Experience in Sales Operational Planning, being able to plan to detailed and predict future trends
  • MS Office
  • SAP ERP and Salesforce Experience beneficial
