Your responsibilities

  • You support the development of solutions in a very dynamic environment between different cultures and mind-sets
  • You always look for the best practices coming from own experience and market competitors
  • You support the development of an appropriate training platform
  • You support the designing and establishing of Sales training programs with European organization to qualify the agent network
  • You collect and prepare information and material for specific training demands
  • You understand existing market qualification standards and support the evaluation of its applicability or the need for adaptations
  • You will be the interface between internal departments and the training manager
  • You contribute to the review and creation of training scope and content development and provide support for development of training tools and services
  • You partner with internal stakeholders regarding market qualification needs
  • You liaise with subject matter experts regarding training design, development, and implementation
  • You track and report on training and market qualification outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • You create reports on training program progress

 

What you bring along

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable
  • You have distinctive operative experience in the area of market management and steering or other areas like training centers (1+ years)
  • You preferably have experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotive sector (1+ years) 
  • You have a broad knowledge of sales processes, systems, and contractual landscape
  • You have experience with Sales training organization for f2f and eLearning formats
  • You have very good automotive Know-How, preferably with electrical vehicles
  • You are self-driven and have an out-of-the-box working way
  • You have excellent organization skills (ability to manage multiple tasks) as well as social organizational skills, with strong intercultural competence
  • You have strong commitment and positive work ethic in order to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing routine reports and correspondence
  • You have very good English skills, ideally also fluent in another non-German European language
