Your responsibilities

• You support the optimization of finance processes by analyzing and improving workflows in SAP ERP, with a focus on system enhancements and automation.
• You assist in coordinating system change projects within Finance Processes & Methods, ensuring deadlines are met, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting on Design, Test and Deployment phases and providing status updates to the team.
• You contribute to process improvements in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Record to Report and Taxation. 
• You support in daily Data Quality operations.

What you bring along

• You study in administration, finance, economics, or other finance specialty.
• Any prior working experience in a finance team within a multinational organization is a plus.
• You have strong user experience with SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint. 
• You are able to work independently and also within a diverse team.
• You are self motivated and open to solve new challenges, are Confident and self assured to communicate independently with stakeholders.
• English language competency is essential. Chinese is a plus.
