Objective of job:
The Sales and Network Manager (f/m/d) plays a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of the Swedish market by seamlessly combining strategic sales planning with the proactive development of B2B and agent channels. This position takes ownership of key commercial levers, including sales performance management, discount strategies, and market growth initiatives, while serving as the principal architect of agent network development.Regular on-site presence at agent locations and customer meetings across Sweden is essential to foster strong collaboration, ensure impactful training, and secure excellence in retail execution.
Task Description:
Sales
Sales Strategy & Performance
- Monitor national sales KPIs and derive insights with Finance and HQ.
- Lead discount and incentive planning across all sales channels.
- Analyze market, pricing, and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
Channel & Account Development
- Develop and expand B2B, leasing, and banking sales channels.
- Manage national B2B key accounts and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure seamless vehicle availability, planning, and in-/defleeting processes.
Execution & Market Alignment
- Prepare agents for launches, campaigns, and strategic shifts through training and readiness initiatives.
- Provide agents and internal teams with updated sales tools, product information, and process changes.
- Serve as the Swedish market’s strategic counterpart to central functions (e.g., Product, International Fleet).
Network Management
- Manage and develop the agent network, including performance dialogue, contracts, and remuneration.
- Organize and facilitate regular exchange formats with agents (e.g., quarterly reviews, roundtables).
Performance & Coaching
- Guide agents in reaching commercial targets through coaching and sales performance support.
- Ensure agent readiness for product launches, campaigns, and strategic changes, including training initiatives.
Operational Support
- Support agents in day-to-day operational planning, including staffing, facility setup, and local marketing activities.
Qualification:
Professional Experience
- 5+ years in automotive OEM or retial sales.
- Experience managing retailer preformance and standards.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital sales.
- Understanding of finance, leasing, and rental products.
- Familiarity with new retail channels,customer trends, and digital transformation.
Education
- A bachelor´s or higher degree preferably in a commercial or techinical area.
