About the Job:

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a target-driven and ambitious Large Accounts Manager who will be looking after our Netherlands market. As an Account Manager, you’ll be in-charge-of business growth by identifying and targeting mobility needs in the market.

A key focus of this opportunity is to nurture and continue to develop relationships with our large accounts, rental companies, and leasing companies in order to drive business growth in the territory.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

· You will be responsible for account acquisition, growth (sales) and effective relationship management primarily with large accounts, leasing and rental companies.

· You’ll collaborate with corporate, rental and leasing companies to best position our smart models in the most competitive way possible.

· You will get the chance to work closely with our smart agent network to increase business sales.

· You’ll enable, build and maintain relationships with Accounts key decision-makers and fleet managers in order to drive business growth in your territory.

· You will be tasked with achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by providing the best advice and proactively addressing customer needs.

· The successful Account Manager, will work independently to prepare sales reports/forecasts, conducting market analysis, and designing sales campaigns.

· You will have the opportunity to represent the smart brand through roadshows, hosting meetings, and promoting the transition to electric vehicles (EV), while leveraging user needs.

 

What you bring:

 

· You are a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

· You bring a relevant bachelor's degree (preferably in sales or hospitality) or equivalent experience.

· At least 3 years of relevant account management/sales experience in the automotive industry (experience in scale-up organizations is a plus).

· You bring a strong sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial spirit.

· You must possess excellent communication, business coordination, and negotiation skills.

· You have previously worked with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

· Fluent in both Dutch and English.
