Your responsibilities
• Own and manage the EU social media editorial calendar, ensuring a regular flow ofengaging and brand-aligned content across platforms.
• Ensure all social content aligns with the marketing and communications roadmap acrosskey touchpoints.
• Conduct continuous channel performance reviews and optimize based on analytics, trends,and audience behavior.
• Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Digital, Brand, PR, and CustomerEngagement to synchronize narratives and maximize impact.
• Lead cross-channel content production from ideation to delivery, collaborating withagencies and internal creatives to produce high-quality assets.
• Support market-specific content needs, ensuring localization stays aligned with tone, style,and brand messaging.
• Jointly manage influencer campaigns with PR, including onboarding, briefing, contracting,and performance tracking.
• Source, manage, and evaluate creator content and partnerships to ensure brand fit and ROI.
• Steer day-to-day work of social media agencies to ensure editorial consistency, tone ofvoice, and visual identity.
• Coordinate with global social media teams for asset sharing, best practices, and alignedcampaign planning.
• Support development and execution of the social media strategy aligned with marketingobjectives and KPIs.
• Use social listening and analytics tools to monitor performance, identify risks, and extractinsights.

What you bring along
• Three or more years of experience managing social media content for a brand or agency, ideally in an international or automotive environment.
• Proven experience in social-first content creation, editorial planning, and community engagement.
• Experience managing influencer partnerships, creators, and paid social campaigns is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms, content formats, tools, and audience behaviors.
• Confident working with social media management, listening, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Talkwalker).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and an eye for digital trends and engagement.
• Structured, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
• Composure under pressure and a solution-oriented approach in fast-moving environments
