Objective of the job:

You are responsible to build up the B2B and fleet business for the electric car brand smart in Switzerland. By proactively managing relationships with national key accounts, you build trust and awareness for our brand. With identifying new growth opportunities and sales channels you will help achieving our volume targets. You are responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of overall B2B processes. Travel in Switzerland is necessary.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You are acquiring new B2B customers and negotiating framework agreements to cover sustainable fleet supply in Switzerland.
  • You are proactively managing relationship with national key accounts to identify and create new growth opportunities.
  • You are managing partnerships with leasing, rental, subscription, and carsharing companies on a national level.
  • You work closely with the planning and logistics team from our team to ensure that the vehicles run smoothly.
  • You are responsible for B2B and fleet sales target setting, planning, monitoring and forecasting of the yearly new car volume targets.
  • You are independently presenting and creating competitive offers to B2B customers.
  • You are responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of overall B2B processes.
  • You are identifying new B2B sales channels and trends to achieve sustainable development.
  • You are planning and organizing fleet events and test drives for fleet customers.

 

What you bring along:

  • Work experience in the automotive industry as District Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in comparable roles.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing strategic, B2B relationships within large organizations & dealers' networks.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • You are a true team player, like to laugh and can focus on achieving targets at the same time.
  • You have a structured working mode and have no problems working in a complex project with changing priorities and tasks.
  • You take ownership for problem solving
  • You are able to speak and write German and English fluently. French and/ or Italian would be a strong plus.
